My work is shaped by decades of listening –

to the body, to the Earth, and to the lineages that have carried these ways forward, including those of my own ancestry. It is offered in reverence to the Indigenous and traditional cultures who continue to steward this wisdom.

Though my path has taken many forms, each has revealed the same truth: healing happens in relationship. Relationship with ourselves, one another, our ancestors, the living world, the elements, the cosmos, and the sacred dimensions of life.

At the heart of this work is a simple belief: the intentions we hold shape the way we live, relate, heal, and serve. I offer guidance, education, and support while honoring that each person is ultimately the authority on their own experience. My role is to share what I have learned and help others cultivate a deeper relationship with their own inner knowing, listen for what is most true, and bring it into lived expression.

In 2027, I will be ordained as a Minister of Walking Prayer through the Center for Sacred Studies, formalizing a path I have long been walking—one devoted to prayer, ceremony, service, and spiritual inquiry.

I believe this work must be done in right relationship. My commitment is to foster respect, reciprocity, and ongoing dialogue between contemporary healing spaces and the traditional cultures from which these teachings and medicines emerge.

All of it, ultimately, is in service-
to the Earth,
and to the well-being of all who belong to her.
