Spiritual mentorship
& integration

Spiritual mentorship is a grounded and reflective process that supports greater alignment between who you are, what you value, and how you live. Through self-inquiry, contemplation, prayer, ritual, and embodied practice, this work creates space to explore meaning, navigate life transitions, and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself, Spirit, and the world around you.

Psychedelic integration is one expression of this work. Whether preparing for, navigating, or making meaning from expanded states of consciousness, integration serves as a bridge between insight and embodiment—helping translate profound experiences into sustainable change, practical action, and lived understanding. Together, these practices support greater clarity, resilience, spiritual depth, and coherence in daily life.

We are living in a time of profound change.

As familiar structures and identities shift, many people find themselves searching for deeper meaning, clearer direction, and a more authentic way of being. This work exists to support that process—helping you listen more deeply, navigate the seasons of your life with intent, and cultivate greater alignment between your inner knowing and the life you are creating.

At its heart, this work recognizes that healing is not solely a personal endeavor. As we learn to care for ourselves with greater awareness, compassion, and integrity, we naturally deepen our capacity to care for others and the living world around us. The journey often begins with our own healing, but it does not end there. In many traditions, healing is understood as part of a larger web of relationships that includes family, ancestors, community, future generations, and the Earth herself. This work invites us into a deeper understanding of our interdependence with one another and with the natural world—the source of our belonging, our sustenance, and ultimately, our remembrance.

The Path

Each session begins by listening — taking time to understand what is present, what is emerging, and what is asking for attention. From there, we may engage in reflective dialogue, self-inquiry, embodiment practices, ritual, prayer, or integration work, guided by your intentions and the needs of the moment.

    • Take a holistic inventory of your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, relational, and environmental well-being

    • Discuss life transitions, uncertainty, grief, or periods of personal transformation

    • Learn to recognize what the body has been carrying and develop the resources to meet it with greater awareness, compassion, and care

    • Clarify intentions, values, and areas of life seeking greater alignment

    • Explore your relationship with expanded states of consciousness, creating space for questions, reflection, and a deeper understanding of the arc of ceremony through traditional medicine perspectives

    • Develop tools for grounding, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness

    • Cultivate practices that support and nourish presence and self-trust

    • Deepen your relationship with altars, prayer, ritual, ancestry,  and contemplative practice

    • Explore earth-based wisdom, elemental frameworks, and personal ceremony

    • Strengthen your capacity to listen, discern, and attune to your inner knowing

    • Prepare for expanded states of consciousness by exploring ceremonial preparation, traditional medicine perspectives, and practical skills that support safe and meaningful engagement with these experiences

    • Develop supportive practices for navigating ceremony and non-ordinary states of awareness

    • Process and integrate insights from spiritual, ceremonial, or psychedelic experiences

    • Explore recurring patterns, shadow material, emotional releases, relational dynamics, and opportunities for growth, including those connected to trauma, addiction, and past wounds

    • Translate intentions and insights into meaningful changes in behavior, relationships, and daily life

    • Cultivate greater integrity between your inner knowing and the life you are creating
